WHAT TO ORDER? Lobster bisque cappuccino with seared rock lobster salpicon starts out strong and smooth and sets up the rest of the meal. Alernatively,start with homemade foie gras served with mango confit. Grilled lobster is a Zazen classic, the best version around, served with fresh garden vegetables and black ink fettuccine. Fillet of lamb is just as tempting, served with a black olive and tomato crust, ratatouille with basil, and lamb jus. Ocean and earth is the way to go; pan-fried veal tenderloin with sea scallops and light saffron veal jus provide delicious twists and is served in an artsy way. Desserts are plentiful, each accompanied with a caramelised sculpture.
