Begin your vegan journey with a signature smoothie bowl. The green & fresh is packed with kale, kiwi, apple, banana and pineapple and topped with healthy staples such as goji berries, chia seeds and granola. For a light dish, try quinoa bowl salad—a healthy yet filling mix of quinoa, roasted sweet potatoes, cashew nuts, veggies, sunflower seeds and pineapple dressed with a light vinaigrette sauce that brings out the individual flavours of the delightfully refreshing blend. Italian zoodles are an interesting out-of-thebox option. It is a dish of sliced spiral zucchini noodles served with home-made tomato sauce, champignon mushrooms and a soft soy sausage. While the savouries are undoubtedly interesting, many visit Veganerie for its impressive selection of dairy-free cakes, waffles and pies. Try pumpkin pie, comprising a smooth pumpkin mousse with a crunchy wholewheat crust served with tofu, soy milk and coconut syrup.
