The culinary odyssey begins with the large display of fresh and imported seafood. It includes kumamoto, fine de Claire and Irish oysters on the half-shell prepared rockefeller, parmigiana, thermidor, grilled or perfectly fresh. Many selections have a Mediterranean accent, such as mallorca seafood zarzuela, a thick stew of tiger prawns, white snapper, mussels, squid and a touch of saffron. The classic seafood paella with saffron is made with slow-cooked Spanish bomba rice with squid, prawns, mussels and blue crab. The seafood display also offers blue crab, Canadian lobster and a variety of fish and shellfish all cooked to taste. There is a limited number of land options but roasted loin of lamb and kurobuta pork are worth trying. However, this is definitely a menu for those who love the treasures of the sea.
