There is much to enjoy at Watercourt starting with the extensive choice of local and imported oysters prepared in a number of ways including classic rockefeller, thermidor and parmigiana. Enticing starters include lightly battered and fried calamari and fries or tasty nayarit prawn ceviche and avocado with lime juice. Canadian lobster salad served with crispy vegetables excites the palate. The chef offers classic Spanish seafood paella with saffron cooked with bomba rice and a mixture of squid, prawns, mussels, blue crab and a touch of saffron. Guests can choose between a sumptuous chilled or hot seafood platter filled with lobster, salmon, tiger prawns and oysters or can enjoy their favourite fish from Watercourt’s seafood market wok or pan-fried, poached or grilled.
