Food

Start with tapas paired with Monsoon Valley’s signature white and red wine. They include poached white snapper in creamy red curry sauce and beef sirloin on a pan-fried potato medallion with mushrooms. For those who prefer a spicy kick, grilled Australian sirloin beef salad includes lemongrass finely chopped with mint, cucumber, garlic and fresh chilli. As a main course option try saba fried rice. Aromatic and zesty, it includes finely chopped lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves and comes with prawn crackers and chicken satay. Grilled rack of French lamb is also an excellent choice, the meat beautifully cooked and served with roasted summer vegetables. In terms of dessert, do try the signature cheesecake in a chocolate cup. The fresh cheesecake is topped with passion fruit ice cream and pistachio nuts, which give the dish both zest and crunch. A good alternative is tapioca yellow mango pudding and coconut ice cream, a sweet and aromatic end to the meal.
