A lobster starter is presented in a silver dish with crunchy baby carrots and dressed with a piquant calamansi balsamic dressing. Another option to stimulate the taste buds is a refreshing salad of juicy heirloom tomatoes coated with cream and yuzu and served alongside delicate slivers of jamon iberian de bellota. Follow this with a rich and creamy lobster soup containing morsels of lobster tortellini and sweetcorn to add texture. A main course of the delicately poached Scottish salmon is served with red cabbage in a luscious butter and soy sauce. Meat lovers are well catered for with wagyu striploin served with a beef sauce and beef cheek on the side. Desserts are a rainbow of colours and flavours. Particularly good is white chocolate combined with banana sorbet and passion fruit and a coffee offering with pear sorbet, sesame seeds and hazelnut.
