The connection between Thai and Western options are clearly stated in the menu, which is sure to please any and all tastes. If possible, arrive early for a cocktail on the beach and groove to funky tunes while the sun goes down. The attention to detail shown by the culinary team at The Page is extraordinary, making the restaurant one of the top dining experiences on the island. Start with earth and sea salad with extremely fresh seafood and vegetables. Warmed scallop carpaccio with mixed sauteed mushroom and lemon beurre blanc is another incredible dish, as is crisp soft shell crab salad with sesame and wasabi sauce. For a main dish, beautifully marbled tenderloin of wagyu beef is hard to beat. Ridiculously tender and succulent, it is served with sun-dried tomatoes, shaved parmesan salad, crisp pancetta and mushroom emulsion. If you still have room for more, end with apple crumble or tangy lemon tart, both of which are bursting with sweet flavour.
