Begin with the seafood sharing platter for two featuring scallop sashimi, king and snow crab meat, tobiko caviar, Skookum clam and Penn Cove mussels. Best enjoyed with the mignonette sauce and lemon, the highlight of the platter is the signature live shucked oysters, of which there are four different types: Calm Cove, Skookum, Barron Point and Wolf Beach. While a la carte live oysters are also available, an alternative for the small plate is to enjoy them American-style. The Willipa Bay oyster Rockefeller is doused in rich butter and cheese with a generous portion of spinach. For mains, the line-caught fish of the day options include wild Bali triggerfish, Hawaii king snapper and wild Canadian keta salmon from the Frazier River. A good pasta option is seafood linguine in white wine and garlic. Portioned with chunks of lobster meat, squid rings and other seafood delights, the pasta is cooked al dente and is lightly seasoned, although it could benefit from less oil. Try the tangy crepes suzette for a zesty finish.
