Setting

The use of fresh sustainable seafood, organic vegetables and quality imported meat, plus the setting and tableside cooking for some of its exquisite dishes, make this an enriching dining experience.

Food

Start with organic sea urchin served with linguini and Galician-style mussels in a uniquely savoury mussel emulsion. There are other elaborate starters you can try but the green salad here alone will get your appetite going. Prepared with the utmost care and presentation skills, the dish is served with roasted pumpkin, cherry tomatoes, pumpkin seeds and a delicious truffle vinaigrette. The grass-fed lamb rack is cooked to perfection and in true English fashion it is accompanied by mint jelly. The succulent pork chop is another delicious option. Conclude your meal with a touch of flamey side-table theatricals and order baked alaska.
