Owner-chef Tammasak Chootong has built a cult following with his original Phuket Town restaurant and has now opened a larger location near Cherngtalay. He offers a creative twist on Thai cuisine using the best available local and imported Western ingredients.

The garden courtyard offers a welcoming arrival leading into the restaurant and bar. The contemporary decor, also created by the chef, has balanced mood lighting and background music, which adds to the stylish setting. Begin with the signature foie gras wrapped in betel leaf served with ginger cashew nuts and a sweet and sour dip. It is a burst of flavours in layers that complement each other. Another recommended starter, also a signature dish, is fresh tuna tartare. It is served with miso lime, crispy fried mushrooms and Isan spices, which makes it a distinctive variation on a classic dish. For mains try braised beef cheek in massaman curry with coconut gnocchi, edamame bean salsa and cashew nuts. The beef literally melts on the fork and has robust but balanced flavours. Baked alaska with chocolate sauce and ginger vanilla syrup is the perfect dessert to finish a great meal.
