Begin with the signature hot rock dish, which is a choice of duck, lamb loin or Australian beef tenderloin cooked table-side over searingly hot rocks. For a Thai starter try grilled pork neck with thinly sliced garlic, lime and kale served with a fiery sauce. In terms of main course, recommended is seared misoglazed snow fish served with roasted pumpkin puree and smoked bacon broth. The fish arrives deliciously moist and flakey. Fettuccine with a rich, creamy sauce of blue crab meat is served with julienne vegetables to complete a very tasty, albeit filling, dish. End the meal on a decadent note with a dish of coconut and coffee creme brulee with frosty strawberry, mint and vanilla ice cream. The crispy topping of young coconut shards in the sweet and creamy coffee custard is a perfect finish to the meal.
