Setting

In its second year of operation, Saneh Jaan continues to offer authentic Thai cuisine in an elegant setting with wonderful attention to detail, such as the beautiful crockery.

Food

To start, Saneh Jaan has a wide range of authentic and classic Thai specialties. Diners should consider rice cakes with minced pork and shrimp dip; the combination of crisp crackers and the rich flavours of the dip are a delight and perfect for sharing. The freshness of the ingredients are notable here, such as wing bean salad with prawn, with the perfect bite to the beans. The portion sizes at Saneh Jaan are extremely generous, which makes it a great place for a large gathering to share an array of culinary wonders. Moving on, chicken green curry may be a simple dish but it won’t disappoint with the authentic Thai flavours coming through perfectly. As Saneh Jaan is popular with tourists, be sure to mention if you like your Thai food on the spicy side as they will tailor to your requirements. End with a traditional dessert of creamy sweet rice with taro and melon in coconut syrup.

Wine

One of Saneh Jaan’s big pluses is being able to enjoy a traditional Thai meal with a choice of first-class wines from around the world.
