Rock serves a selection of interesting small bites available in three-, six- or ninepiece portions. They are perfect with a cocktail or a beer or two and great preludes to main menu dishes. Try the succulent braised pork on Chinese-style bao buns or the wonderful Javanese-inspired satay chicken marinated in home-made curry. From the appetizer selection, pair tender slices of grilled beef served with a deliciously piquant tamarind dipping sauce with seasoned thick-cut potato wedges. A must-try main course is the signature lamb shank curry with tender lamb, roasted potato, carrot and jasmine rice. Also excellent is coconut and prawn kanom jin, another signature dish comprising rice noodles, fresh coconutpoached prawns, pineapple and sour fruit juice. Served cool, it offers a refreshing burst of flavours on the palate. To finish, enjoy a beautifully light mango mousse cheesecake with a crust of toasted coconut.
