Begin with the signature Caesar salad comprising crunchy lettuce heart and creamy dressing, all theatrically prepared to taste at the table. Follow with the velvet smooth lobster bisque served with a garnish of juicy lobster meat. Panseared scallops, cooked to a pearlescent white, are accompanied by an elegant white bean and vermouth sauce. There is a wide choice of main courses, including seafood, fish and non-beef meats. However, the selection of beef steaks is exceptional. Follow appetisers with either Japanese wagyu or an Australian stockyard tenderloin, juicy with a lingering yet delicate flavour. Steaks are accompanied by sauces of extremely high technical skill with multiple levels of depth. These range from classic bearnaise to fiery peppercorn. Potatoes also come in different styles, including a pungent truffle mash and a heavenly gratin dauphinoise. To end, try one of the home-made ice creams or the light orange flavoured creme brulee.
