Mom Tri’s Kitchen has separate Thai and Western menus featuring quality local and imported ingredients in addition to a fusion of Thai and foreign dishes such as lamb shank massaman or crab cakes with buffalo mozzarella cheese and sun-dried tomatoes. The creative chefs have tweaked flavours and textures in other dishes producing less obvious fusion results—crab souffle, for example, melts in the mouth. Two excellent signature dishes rich in flavor are rock lobster ravioli and braised beef cheek with root vegetables. Boned sea bass with crispy vegetables is also very delicate and moist. The diner also has a choice of well-known dishes such as duck confit, beef carpaccio and Phuket lobster bisque, all superbly presented and redolent with flavours. Desserts from the Western menu include the signature passion fruit crepe souffle with mango sorbet, a blissful note to finish on.
