WHAT TO ORDER? The Asian and Western menus of chefs Sura Putha and Darren Wiper boast inspired touches. Crab souffle is cooked to perfection while Phuket rock lobster poached in butter brings the bounty of the surrounding Andaman Sea to your plate. Seafood platter for two and Australian beef dishes are exemplary, while the Thai menu offers superb stir-fries such as tuna or barracuda, or classic massaman curry with leg of lamb, each prepared in the royal cuisine tradition.
