Mix, which first opened at this flagship Nimmanhaemin location, is now a franchise with branches all over the region. It is a fun, eclectic and often eccentric restaurant which is constantly innovating and offers diners a bewildering tome of a menu with featured dishes covering all corners of the globe and price ranges.

Consistently good dishes include rice crust-cake with spicy crab meat salad, princess bean in a spicy coconut sauce served with a slow cooked egg, and 36-hour slow-cooked pork spare ribs grilled with a panaeng red curry sauce, all of which are classical Thai dishes with a twist. There are Chinese, Japanese, European, American and even Mexican dishes to suit all palates and price points and make sure you leave room for the desserts, many of which arrive with great flair and drama using liquid nitrogen and molecular gastronomy. The fiery crème brulee flambe will be a perfect end to the meal.
