Food

The delectable dim sum selection should not be missed. Well-seasoned, this traditional dish of steamed crystal prawn dumplings is made memorable by the plump and crunchy prawn filling. Other moreish options are deep-fried crab meat rolls and almond shrimp dumplings and deep-fried crab claw with honey and lime sauce. Perfectly cut, the thick fillet of the signature deep-fried snow fish is crispy on the outside while the fatty flesh remains juicy. Served in four pieces, diners can choose to have half the portion deep-fried and the other half steamed Hong Kongstyle with soy sauce. Topped with thinly sliced spring onion, the umami flavour of the rich soy sauce helps to bring out the snow fish’s natural sweetness. Another signature dish, wok-fried diced beef tenderloin with roasted shaved garlic, is peppery and satisfying, each bite tender and flavourful thanks to the black pepper paste. End with a classic dessert such as the smooth and creamy mango pudding or the Chinese delicacy of almond cream with fresh lily bulbs and egg white.
