Food

Mei Jiang serves some of the most extraordinary lunchtime dim sum in town. Juicy Sichuan-style pork dumplings are complemented by a flavourful spicy vinegar sauce. A dish of crispy shrimp rolls delicately wrapped with steamed rice noodles is perfect with a dash of the accompanying zesty sauce and chilli oil. Barbecued pork puff showcases a decadent sweet and savoury filling that goes incredibly well with the light pastry. For a true feast, order the signature roasted crispy chicken flavoured with garlic. Best enjoyed on fluffy bun strips, the tender meat and crisp skin together make a delicious combination. Seafood fans are encouraged to try deep-fried fillet of snow fish. It is perfectly cooked until crisp and luscious and is served with dried shrimp, garlic and chilli salt. End with a smooth mango pudding or a refreshing sago of pomelo and mango cream.
