For starters, highly recommended is larb neua, a char-grilled beef tenderloin salad with shallots, roasted rice, chilli and mint leaves. Also good is local Pranburi squid, sun-dried for up to 12 hours and then deep-fried, tender inside and crispy outside. And then there is deep-fried pla krapong in fish sauce, a Thai classic which comes with lashings of lemongrass, shallots, chilli and little cubes of fresh ginger. Equally tantalising is red curry duck with fruit, well balanced with touches of sweetness from lychee and pineapple. The dessert menu is limited but sweet tooths will enjoy warm sacher cake, chocolate ganache and sponge cake layered and served with home-made vanilla ice cream.

An extensive menu, with creative cocktails and spirits taking precedence over the wine list, which contains a nice range of New World wines.
