Burrata fresca with parma ham garnished with walnuts and figs is delicious, fresh and healthy as a light starter. Also enticing are grilled parma ham rolls filled with Italian mozzarella di bufala cheese and fresh red tuna tartare served with a splash of mango and raspberry reduction. The pizzas are presented with fine crusts and are extremely tasty, while home-made pastas such as spaghetti with fresh local lobster are exceptionally appetising and served perfectly al dente. Try fresh yellow fin tuna steak, grilled to tender, juicy perfection and served with ratatouille. After a meal of such goodness and nutrition, try a mouth-watering dessert such as panna cotta with mango coulis or chocolate lava cake with pistachio ice cream or linger over a selection of Italian cheeses with honey, home-made dips and dried fruits. Finish off with coffee and brandy.
