From classic French fare to French cuisine with flair, L’Elephant’s la carte menu and its many degustation and set menus are all thoughtfully curated. There is a selection of sophisticated dishes aimed at foodies. These include crispy skin fall-off-the-bone duck leg confit in orange balsamic reduction and tender tournedos rossini topped with decadent black truffle and foie gras. Also good is the light and pungent perfection of endive salad in Roquefort cheese dressing. There are also many casual bistro style dishes to try such as the best-selling bouchot moules mariniere and the finely tuned flavours of panseared pluma iberico pork with chilli honey. If you are a chocolate lover make sure you leave room for the uber rich viennese chocolate sachertorte.
