For the primi piatti, the menu points to a homemade pici pastawith braised beef in chianti. There’s delicious squid inktagliolini with prawn, squid and clams in a lobster saucewith fresh tomatoes. Main courses include a plate of grilled prawns, squid, scallops and sea bass from the surrounding Andaman sea and a classic veal osso bucco flavoured with lemon zest, fresh rosemary and served over delectable saffron risotto.
