Fresh seafood dishes are very good here and a fine way to start is with yellowfin tuna tartare, which is enhanced with the tangy flavor of capers. Alternatively, try the perennially popular signature dish of roasted Mediterranean octopus served with a white truffle potato veloute. Spiced with paprika, the octopus is cooked to a perfect firnmess, which contrasts nicely with the earthy creaminess of the potato veloute. Char-grilled rack of lamb seasoned with aromatics herbs and olive oil is incredibly soft and tender and guaranteed to appeal to meat lovers. The meat is allowed to shine with just mashed potatoes with fresh parsley and a little olive mousse for company. For a more prosaic meal, there is a choice of pasta and pizza dishes. Try the classic tiramisu for a sweet finish or some of the imported Italian cheeses if you prefer a savoury ending.
