Food

Begin with a fresh, flavour-packed sushi roll of salmon and avocado in a rich, creamy and spicy mayonnaise, which explodes pleasantly on the palate. Follow this with a choice of sashimi freshly flown in from Japan: the chu toro is both expertly sliced and extremely generous, having a melt-in-the-mouth texture. Next try a rich yet refreshing seafood broth. Tempura options include prawn and crab: the latter, fresh and moist crab meat coated with a crisp yet light batter that is flaky to the bite. Continue with a delicatley flavoured dish of steamed snow fish. Moving on to main courses, try the wagyu beef, either from Australia or Japan. The Japanese cut is tender and juicy with that much sought after distinctive taste known to beef lovers. For dessert choose from a trio of fruit crepes or enjoy a simple ice cream.
