Kiree takes pride in using local and fresh ingredients and the results are bright and colourful dishes redolent of the south. Begin with larb pla tuna, a spicy concoction of tuna with hints of lemongrass and local parsley. Yum pakis is also good. It is a tropical wild fern salad with tiger prawns and grated mature, scented coconut. The salad bursts with flavour and spicy zing. For mains, kua gling moo is a classic southern spicy, dry yellow curry made to order with pork or chicken. Be sure to voice your preference for chilli heat levels because the culinary team will be happy to accommodate you. Pad thai malagor is a menu favourite. The signature dish features stir-fried papaya strips in place of the noodles with a sweet tamarind sauce, dried shrimp, cashew nut and crispy pork. To wrap things up try gluay kai buad chee, banana boiled in coconut milk with roasted sesame seeds to give it some crunch.
