The signature seafood on ice sets are a cornucopia of fresh ingredients from Neptune’s larder, including Canadian lobster, oysters, mussels, blue crabs and more, accompanied by a salad and fries for the total experience. The French-inspired bouillabaisse is a creative take on the classical dish and comes highly recommended, while the humble fried rice is given the marine touch with mackerel, sun-dried squid and a seafood broth. Fresh spring roll packed with shrimp, a house special, is a treat to be enjoyed at any time of day, as are excellent prawn cakes. Pasta lovers should not miss the squid ink pasta called black pearl, which features mixed seafood in a creamy alfredo sauce. Num pik mun poo is a must have for all chilli fans. The crab spawn is amalgamated with an extremely spicy paste and accompanied by mixed fresh vegetables for dipping. Conclude this fishy feast with sensational Belgian chocolate mousse.
