While the restaurant is popular for its egg-based brunches, the dinner menu features an array of more adventurous and creative dishes. Meat lovers will enjoy the skillfully prepared tornado rossini with red wine sauce topped with foie gras and served on a crumpet bed. For the more adventurous, slow-braised beef tongue and seared scallop is also recommended. In terms of seafood, try pan-seared red snapper cooked to perfection with a satisfying crispy crust. There’s a lot going on in this dish. Served on top of a copious amount of Karmakamet’s ratatouille in white bean sauce, the red snapper is accompanied by prawns, crisp bacon and tapenade (pureed olives). If you still have room for more, conclude with the refreshing lemon cake. Roast bell pepper compote, lemon curd, meringue, cookies, lemon confit and chocolate ice cream perfectly complement the delicious citrus confection.
