Setting

For the boldly-flavoured Cantonese-style cuisine and all-day dim sum menu. As you’d expect of a restaurant from the Water Library group, the crisp white dining space impresses too; expect to feel like you’ve arrived in a hoity toity Hong Kong establishment.

Food

Start with the steamed rice rolls with shrimp, these soft noodles are filled with crunchy chunks of seafood and served with a salty sweet sauce. This appetiser will awaken your tastebuds for the meal to come. Fried crispy spring rolls with shrimps and truffle makes for an excellent change in flavour and texture, with its crispy shell and a hint of truffle to finish. On the heavier side is the signature roasted pork with crispy skin and tender juicy meat. Have it with one of the three dipping sauces for a truly mouthwatering experience. For dessert, the classic lava buns are a must try along with mango pudding.

Wine

A broad selection of teas and soft drinks, plus a few sake options. Very extensive collection of wines and a strong selection of whiskies.
