Food

Start your meal with perfectly cooked pan-fried goose liver with sweet raspberry sauce. The tart sauce helps to cut through the natural greasiness of the goose liver. Another good small dish that you must try is sauteed artichokes with pan-fried scallops and black truffles. The artichoke goes really well with scallops and the richness of the black truffles help enhance the dish even more. For a main course, order pan-fried fillet of Patagonian tooth fish, which is fresh and cooked to a tender and juicy firmness. It comes with a sauce that complements the fish without over-powering its flavour. For dessert, chocolate lava is sweet but also has some bitterness and is nicely matched with strawberry syrup, fresh strawberries and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. As with many Italian chefs, Gianni sometimes prepares dishes which aren’t listed on the menu, so be sure to ask the friendly staff for any specials. They will be happy to guide you.
