For a supreme antipasto start with the famous Mangalita heritage ham personally sliced by the owner. Deep red in colour with a super rich, fatty flavour, it is a star item. Continue with the signature pumpkin risotto. This comforting bowl of classic Italian cuisine is lush, creamy and delicious with the added luxury overload of the finest foie gras. Classic Fiorentina T-bone steak is a perennial favourite for meat eaters, while the house-braised bobby veal shank steeped for 24 hours in Barolo wine and served with risotto is a memorable experience. Fish lovers will not be disappointed by the delicate snow fish or the more robust black ink spaghetti alla marinara. Desserts are delectable and the in-house pastry chef is constantly creating new treats for the sweet toothed.
