With light and healthy dishes balanced out by some meaty and rustic offerings, the menu has something to suit everyone. The chef is constantly adding to his menu but mainstays include the beautifully presented capesante scottate of pan-seared Hokkaido scallops; rosemary-flavoured polenta topped with crunchy Italian bacon, green asparagus tips and accompanied by an orange sauce; and Angus beef tenderloin served with aromatic oven-roasted portobello mushrooms and spinach pan-fried with gorgonzola cheese, all topped with a drizzle of red wine sauce. Interesting risottos include risotto mele and speck with the cured smoked meat flavours perfectly complementing the tart freshness of the apples. Leave room for a dessert as the pastry chef presents both classic and contemporary sweets.

The excellent wine list is heavy on Italians and reasonably priced. The hotel has also been honing its cocktail game; there are many martinis, cocktails, premium gins and whiskeys, not to mention grappas, available.
