The restaurant is the latest addition to Phuket’s five-star culinary scene with a classic menu of European haute cuisine. Designed with a classic open Mediterrean theme, the large dining room and terrace have expansive views overlooking Patong Bay.

The signature appetiser of crab, avocado and green gazpacho salad is a great way to open. Warm lobster with mesclun greens, Himalayan black truffle, avocado and orange zest is another fine starter. Meat lovers will enjoy beef tartare, beef carpaccio and San Daniele ham di parma. Imported French duck foie gras is served with poached pear and nutmeg crepes. Trilogy from the Andaman Sea offers medium rare tuna with roasted sea bass and tiger prawns served with saffron sauce. Whole Phuket lobster cooked in a light Thai curry is delicious, as is an entree of chilli prawns and smoked salmon with mild green crab curry sauce. The substantial meat menu again follows favourite classics such as braised Australian veal shank osso bucco served with saffron risotto, and veal saltimbocca, which is Australian veal escalope with parma ham.
