Classic fare with little fuss is served at unwaveringly high standards at this restaurant, which pays attention to every minute detail. The dishes may not sound terribly exciting but they are guaranteed to be spot on in execution and flavours. Start with the classic and silky smooth pumpkin soup with aromatic white truffle foam or the rich broth that is lobster bisque. One of the menu highlights is the absolutely tender bites of braised wagyu beef cheek slow-cooked and deeply infused in a rich red wine sauce. Whether you order rack of lamb, veal osso buco, lobster thermidor, pork chops or any of the other well-known offerings, the success of the dish at this restaurant is in its choice of produce and exacting execution. The humble sticky toffee pudding with vanilla bean ice cream will end the meal on a rich and generous note.
