Located on the lagoon at trendy Boat Avenue, Cut Grill & Lounge is a restaurant and beach club set in a tropical open-air pavillion using organic produce from the Royal Project. Cut is a project of Cocotte Farm, Roast & Winery in the Thai capital.

The menu provides many options ranging from tasty pizzas and salads to impressive Australian cuts of beef. Begin with salmon tartare, fresh hand-cut salmon fillet with apple sauce, walnuts and chives. The tapas selection is created to share with crispy calamari, salmon rillettes and enticing cheese and cold cut boards. A menu highlight is the impressive Australian tomahawk black angus steak ranging from 1.2-2kg. Other char-grilled options include Argentine tenderloin angus and the marinated rotisserie farmer chicken with a choice of eight accompanying sauces and nine side dishes. Family-friendly menu items include a locally inspired Thai selection and fresh pastas. Recommended is the signature seafood spaghetti. Finish off with the 70 per cent dark chocolate lava cake served with pineapple and Tahiti vanilla ice cream or a choice of delicious artisanal ice creams and sorbets.
