Food

Nothing in Bangkok hits the Swiss cheese mark better than Chesa’s signature cheese fondue and raclette offerings. The fondue is a blend of silky smooth cheeses with comforting aromas that will awaken your palate for the rest of the meal. Raclette, a traditional semi-hard cow’s cheese, has a sharper, more pungent flavour when melted. Also hearty is Chesa’s rack of lamb. It is both tender and juicy and served with a side of potato gratin that adds a mild creaminess to the plate. For a more traditional dish, veal liver with raspberry-port wine sauce is cooked to perfection. The veal liver is tender to the point of being melt-in-the-mouth. Of course the Swiss are also known for their chocolate, so in terms of dessert you can be confident that a delectable Swiss chocolate mousse will hit the mark. Alternatively, try a boozy tiramisu to finish.
