Food

The tender murgh malai kebab— chicken marinated in cream cheese and yoghurt—has a perfect kick of green chilli and whole coriander to excite the taste buds. If you are feeling indulgent, try angaar ki pasliya, New Zealand lamb chops marinated overnight in herbs and spices. The succulent and aromatic lamb chops can be cut through with smooth dal charcoal, whole urad lentils slow cooked overnight in the tandoor. Tandoori malai broccoli is fresh broccoli florets marinated in yoghurt and cream cheese. Rich and creamy, it is a great option for vegetarians. A selection of well-seasoned naan breads and basmati rice are also available. For something sweet and different, try phirni—milk and ground basmati rice flavoured with cardamom and topped with pistachios and almonds. It is an aromatic finish to a meal.
