A five-star breakfast/brunch is served from 8am-2pm utilising only the finest of ingredients. The dinner menu shines with stellar dishes from all points West plus a top-notch Thai menu. For starters the Schnyder's in-house salmon from the cold clear waters of Norway is exceptional, as is the outstanding goose liver pate with plums in red wine. Truffle cream ravioli in beef consomme is a heavenly pillow with the unmistakable scent and essence of the fragrant fungus, while the signature sea bass baked in rock salt crust is a masterpiece of culinary engineering resulting in the juiciest fish imaginable. Hungarian beef goulash is a new item redolent with tender beef, tangles of onions and zesty paprika, while premium sirloin wagyu beef weighs in at a hefty 300 grams. What else could bring the curtain down so sweetly than the house crepes suzette prepared tableside with the chef’s inimitable Grand Marnier and vanilla sauce.
