Food

With not too much cocktail sauce and a generous amount of crabmeat and avocado, the refreshing crab and avocado salad makes a great start to the meal. Follow with the delicious pan-seared foie gras with raspberry balsamic reduction. Chicken coq au vin is slightly under seasoned but is otherwise tender. The chewy slow-cooked pork belly lacks texture, with the Ratte potatoes making it even heavier. However, if eaten with Pommary mustard, the pork belly is delicious. For a delicious ending, try crispy and airy caramelised millefueille with hazelnut pastry and vanilla ice cream. It is not overly sweet with just the right amount of nuttiness from the hazelnut and a creamy scoop of vanilla ice cream to complement it.
