Who says great food cannot be served at a trendy beach club? Cafe del Mar certainly bucks that notion with celebrity chef Ronnie Macuja presenting award-winning cuisine at a stylish venue where diners can swim and dance between courses.

The beauty of this menu is in its diversity. Here there are flavours to satisfy all tastes. From fine de claire oysters to custom wood-fired pizzas and platters of imported meats and cheeses, this is a great venue to snack while playing at the beach or in the pool. When comes time for dinner, the chef presents crab meat ravioli in wonton wraps with parsley beurre blanc or a chicken breast and chicken liver salad tossed with asian greens, grilled zucchini and pine nuts. For a hearty dinner, the open-fire grill offers 150-day aged rib-eye fillet of black angus beef or a meltique beef tenderloin. Phuket lobsters, tiger prawns and coastal rack of spring lamb are also grilled and presented with salad or baked potato. Save room for a choice of two special desserts: dark chocolate lava cake with mocha sauce, marinated berries and vanilla bean ice cream or a delightful passion fruit brulee.
