Setting

Bodega & Grill has some of the finest beef and seafood to be found in the north region of Phuket. Set in a quiet tropical garden at Angsana Resort, it has an impressive wine list to complement the menu.

Food

Chef Jonathan Bruell has directed kitchens in Australia and knows his beef. He presents some of the finest meat to be sourced in the region, including the Japanese miyazaki 18-month grain-fed black wagyu. Also of interest is the Australian Jack Creek tomahawk (M7) and A grade US chateaubriand. All steaks can be enhanced with sauces such as armagnac and green peppercorn, red wine bordelaise or wasabi butter. Bodega mixed grilled signature platters are a popular feature offering an impressive selection of imported and fresh local choices. Seafood lovers platter has grilled Boston lobster, cilantro-marinated king prawns, scallops and the freshest fish available. There is also a platter of gourmet barbecue delights and a classic Bodega surf & turf offering. Begin your dinner with succulent Japanese Hokkaido scallops spiced by mountain honey or pan-fried foie gras enhanced by a Thai mango tamarind sauce.
