As you’d expect, the menu focuses on seafood but grilled meat options are available. The signature Big Fish iced seafood tower is a cornucopia of fresh oysters, mussels, scallops, salmon and rock lobster served with various condiments. It is very much a starter to share. Another pleasing favourite is grilled foie gras served with pea puree and truffle sauce. For a main course try Thai organic free range veal from the Pakchong farm. Tender and well grilled, it comes with a choice of sides such as grilled mushrooms, young spinach and herbal butter and home-made potato wedges. Do also consider the range of dishes fearuring locally caught seafood. A mouthwatering dessert selection awaits. An interesting combination of mango creme brulee, steamed sticky rice and coconut ice cream, is not overly sweet. Another good choice is the refreshing pavlova with tropical fruit. It has a surprising custard filling and is finished off with a tart-sweet passion fruit coulis.

An impressive wine list with labels from the major producing regions, including bottles from Thai wineries. A good range is available by the glass.
