Setting

For a breezy location overlooking the meandering Chao Phraya River. A good spot in which to enjoy well executed international favourites and great views. Lucky diners may even get to see the occasional fireworks display.

Food

For starters, the signature chilled lobster mango offers a twist on the Thai salad. Refreshing and predominantly sweet, it also features chunks of avocado and soft coconut meat. The combination is unusual, though the ingredients help to bring out the sweetness of the lobster meat. Next try stockyard black wagyu rib-eye, which is well-marbled and juicy. Lightly seasoned, it is served with Hawaiian black lava salt and pepper. The signature roasted cod also exhibits Asian influences with an aromatic sesame oil included in the sauce and thinly-sliced daikon ribbons with the accompanying wonton-style lobster dumplings. The roasted fish itself is beautifully moist and tender. For dessert try the unique black truffle ice cream, which challenges the senses with sweet and savoury connotations.

Wine

A good selection of cocktails with many signatures including the Moulin Rouge and Japanese Slipper. Red and white wines are also available, comprising almost 100 labels.
