There are two degustation menus for those wanting to experience the dolce vita. They include exotic tastes such as octopus cooked sous vide and presented in a salad and a raw Sicilian red prawn with smoked Avruga caviar. There is also an Acquerello saffron risotto with stracchino cheese, caviar and Sardinian sea urchin. Eight boutique servings are presented on each tasting menu that the diner can tailor to suit both palate and appetite. The main menu is extensive and offers superb tastes. A highlight is seafood platter with prawns, scampi, mussels, oysters and lobster. Pasta options include home-made tagliatelle stuffed with wild boar ragout or Tuscany pecorino cheese fondue and black truffle. Hearty mains such as Japanese wagyu beef, Australian veal and lamb and a collection of risottos, pizzas and artisanal pastas are all prepared in outstanding fashion.
