Alternatively, choose a starter from the range of tapas on offer, such as iberico ham croquettes, deep-fried to a crispy golden exterior with a creamy, delicate filling. Follow this with crab cake, gratinated with a cheesy crust and containing generous chunks of fresh crab. Recommended main courses include pan-fried dover sole fillets accompanied by tasty truffle mashed potatoes and Australian rib-eye steak, which is tender and juicy and served finely sliced with crunchy roasted potatoes. For dessert, choose from one of the homemade ice creams such as the rich, dark chocolate or creamy, nutty walnut or perhaps try the classic chocolate lava cake with vanilla ice cream. It is a luscious combination of warm chocolate with smooth vanilla ice cream for a cold contrast.
