With a focus on the southern region of the country, Kiree prides itself on using fresh, local ingredients and the results are bright and colourful dishes. Start out with larb pla tuna, Thai-style spicy tuna with hints of lemongrass and local parsley. Yum pak good is a tropical wild fern salad, with tiger prawns and grated mature-scented coconut, bursting with flavour and spice. For mains, kua gling moo is a spicy dry yellow curry made to order with pork or chicken; be sure to specify spice preference, as the culinary team will accommodate to any liking. Pad thai malagor is a standout choice, consisting of stir-fried papaya noodles with sweet tamarind sauce, dried shrimp, cashew nut and crispy pork. To wrap things up, gluay kai buad chee is a coconut milk-boiled banana with roasted sesame seeds, sweet and crunchy.
