Sawasdee-lah! Generation T lister chef Thitid Tassanakajohn of award-winning modern Thai restaurant Le Du (ranked joint seventh in Thailand Tatler’s Best Restaurants Top 10, amongst other local and regional accolades) welcomes chef Han Li Guang of Michelin-starred contemporary Singaporean restaurant Labyrinth at his Bangkok fine dining establishment for an exclusive dinner collaboration from September 13-14.
After a tasty double-night event this past August at Labyrinth, where the two young culinary stars brought out the best of their native Southeast Asian flavours, Bangkokian foodies now have the chance to experience the pair’s imaginative gastronomic collaboration. Highlighted on the menu are chef Han’s crab with chilli ice cream and salted fish and pork cheek char siew with barley and pickled bok choy, as well as chef Thitid’s oyster with Thai rice wine and river prawn with shrimp paste.
