Gin: our choice of culprit to one too many mornings nursing a heavy head. It’s intoxicating—literally—but yet we keep coming back for more. Think about all the variations you can experiment with gin. Whether it’s floral gin, London dry gin, tea-infused gin, the possibilities are endless! That’s why we’ll never understand 007 and his choice of a vodka martini shaken, not stirred—but we digress. Our point is that there is a gin party happening on Feb. 4 and if you’re a spirit traditionalist like us, this is a cause for rejoicing.
Closing up the East Imperial Gin Jubilee, the week-long gin festival held across Bangkok, the Gin Lane Street Party will be held at Quaint restaurant and features a series of pop up bars and gin brands among other festivities. Enthusiasts can order specialised Gin & Tonic creations by some of the city’s top bars with a capped price of 200 THB per drink.
