The phrase ‘Thien Duong’ (pronounced thee-yen zu-ung) is Vietnamese for ‘paradise’, and quite a paradise it is. Set in lavishly elegant surroundings, the restaurant serves authentic Vietnamese flavours through a selection of impressive delicacies. The dish that's been loved there for years is the red curry paste fried rice.
