With Songkran in less than two weeks, Dean & Deluca joins in the fray of festivities with a specially curated tasting menu, Taste of Thailand. Available at all Dean & Deluca restaurants for a limited time, expect a selection of enticing Thai-inspired delicacies and thirst-quenching drinks perfect for combating the summer heat. Go for items such as the spicy and sour Tom Kha Chicken Soup, Soft Shell Crab Phad Thai Salad, flavourful Lamb Shank Massaman Curry, as well as a fragrant Salmon Chu Chee (salmon fillet in red curry). A more adventurous, out-of-the-box option is the Sai Oua Pasta Olio which takes the fiery Northern Thai cuisine route by blending Northern Thai sausages with garlic, dry chili and tagliolini.

Also known for its barista team, Dean & Deluca is also offering some Thai-themed summery beverages. Coffee lovers, opt for the Mahanakhon Coconut Pandan Iced Latte. For those less into coffee, don’t fret—the Bangkok Coconut Pandan Milkshake is equally divine. Both drinks feature a Thai take with aromatically sweet ingredients such as pandan syrup, pandan steamed custard sauce, coconut pandan jelly and roasted coconut chips.

The menu ends with a Dean & Deluca twist on classic Thai desserts through the Mango Sticky Rice Parfait, where pandan sticky rice is layered with coconut cream, mangoes and mango sauce, finally topped off with crispy mung bean sprinkles. This dessert can be found in all Dean & Deluca branches, with the exception of Khao Yai and Suvarnabhumi Airport branches.
