Enjoy chef Fatih Tutak’s special eight-course ‘Journey of Love’ tasting menu at the Dining Room. The extravagant travel-inspired dishes include several romantic ingredients. At 5,500 THB per person, the tasting menu consists of specially crafted dishes such as the Valentine’s snacks of crispy anchovies and garlic cream from an Istanbul pub recipe with avocado, tomato and olive oil; the “Aphrodisiac” course of oyster, green apple and yuzu; and a sharing course of wild challan duck with foie gras and leek blood orange. The symbolic sweet Valentine’s ingredient, chocolate, is used in cheesecake with kokuto cream and Japanese strawberries. Dinner starts at 6 pm, while the last order is at 9:30 pm.
